  Ensure the product remains in its original packaging with all seals intact; our team will verify the item's condition via the photos you upload.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address within 48-72 business hours.

  Receive Your Refund

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes final inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
